I have purchased a licence, what happens next ?We need your serial number so we can send you your licence key(s). You can see how to do this by clicking here. The payment confirmation email will have details of temporary keys that can be used in the event that our licencing team do not respond quickly enough for your needs I do not have an email client on my ScanToPDF PC – how can I request the licence.Start ScanToPDF, click Help -> About and make a note of the serial number (its in the form of AAAA-BBBB-CCCC-DDDD). Using a machine with an email client send this serial number to licencing@oimaging.co.uk. Please include the version number (from the Help->About screen in ScanToPDF) We will then reply with a licence key that you can input. This page has more details If I need to re-install ScanToPDF on a new PC, what is your licencing policy?Well, if you have a Home User licence then you can use the same licence key on the new PC. Users of the full version need to use the ScanToPDF > Help > About > Request Licence Number option to request a new Licence Key. Please note that if the licence key is requested within one year of the original purchase then there is no charge for the re-issue. However if the request is made later than one year following the original purchase then there is a small admin fee to cover the reissue. This document has more details When I click the ScanToPDF Scan button I get a message saying there are no valid images in a folder!ScanToPDF has not detected any scanner sources attached to your PC and has therefore assumed that you are trying to scan from folder. Click File->Select Scanning Device-> Select TWAIN source.
