  Metadata Indexing Window
In conjunction with the auto filenamer plugin the data entered can be used to construct the PDF file path and file name. For example using the data entered in the above input screen, a filename could be constructed as follows:

\\server\pdf-files\{ClientCode}\{DocType}\{DocRef}-{DocDate}

Which would automatically generate a sub-folder for each client within which would be sub-folders for each document type.

The entered data is also encoded in the PDF as MetaTags and is therefore available for auto-indexing of the PDF by third party document management systems.
