The ScanToPDF Batch Scan & Index solution is used to scan and index documents easily and quickly. When the document is scanned, a simple, fully configurable indexing  screen is presented to the user to enable document indexing data to be captured. This data can then be used to name the document or outout to a log file (using data exporter) for input into legacy systems or other applications.
